Wine Tasting: Loosen “Dr. L” Riesling

Having started my interest in wine with Rieslings, this particular brand has become my standby for gifts, parties, or just a guaranteed good wine at home. It’s a well-balanced, sweet but not too-sweet white wine. Learn more about Loosen Bros. here. Since it’s such a versatile kind of flavor, Riesling wines go with just about any food, but it’s particularly good with Chinese food or spicy Thai food, or roasted white meats, seafood, or even sushi. Plus, with its price range being between $12-15 a bottle, and generally easily available in most good wine stores (or the better-quality grocery stores) it’s made me not want to bother with trying out any other Riesling!
