By the way, in reference to my previous post about pumpkin pie, I made pumpkin puree (for the first time) using Ree Drummond’s easy recipe here. It worked out well, and was very easy. I also made some roasted pumpkin seeds using two of these recipes (I did the sweet and spicy and the curry powder recipes).
